Clean, quiet, relatively safe. Staff was always professional and helpful. Bedding was comfortable. Shower was decent. I liked the layout, plenty of room. Price was pretty much on point for what it is. I’d stay again.

This is my second time staying here, and I like this place a lot. The room is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything I need. The location is also very convenient, close to many restaurants and markets I frequently visit. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Danielle at the front desk. She always makes me feel welcomed. She is incredibly kind, professional, patient, and helpful. She took the time to assist me, explain things clearly, and made sure my issues were taken care of. Her positive attitude and warm service really stood out and made my stay even better. She went above and beyond to help, and her friendliness really made a difference.

I enjoy my stay at this sonesta simply every time I book here. The comments are bullshit from people that feel entitled to get their way. The staff is super friendly and attentive to all of your needs while you stay at the location. Ms. Priyanka is the lady I dealt with more than other's and she always go out of here way to make sure I have what I need for the room. The rooms are super clean thanks to the staff that cleans them. I never seen a roach like some of the comments are stating. The shower are so hot to the point it'll burn your butt cheeks ... The parking lot is always clean and clear except for some people who smoke that stay on the side of the building to do that. Which isn't much of a problem but you might get tired of seeing them if that's something you have a problem with. Overall 10/10 if you're looking for a affordable price and nice location with a clean room. I did notice that I have problems connecting to the internet but it's no biggie to me I just use Hotspot on my phone. TV works and HBO keeps something good to watch. Elevators work so does the washers and dryers which are free‼... The fitness area is clean and never over crowded. Like I said this is my go to hotel and a honest review for them. My lady and pup never have a problem here. Thanks sonesta simply for making every stay worth while. Sincerely Mr.ott... tbh I was love sonesta for one but this location I never been to but turned out to be a very quite and great location the front desk associates are all awesome and very intentive with all your needs which I love and also very friendly staff housekeeper and and even the maintance man Im very happy with my chicenformmy temporary location here! keep up the great work guys!

Overall great hotel if your staying for weeks at a time. Great staff. Very close to 85 and lots of shopping nearby, hence the 5star. Service would be more but they don't clean the rooms everyday.

Recently, I did a staycation there for my Springbreak. Upon entering the premise, I can immediately tell that this is not the same quality as the other Sonesta I have stayed in before. However, I had expected this so I couldn't complain. My check-in was painless. Jocelyn, the front desk attendee was great. She was friendly and helpful. She was personable and answered any questions I had. She should be promoted or given a raise for giving good customer care. As for my room, it was extremely clean. I didn't see any stains, hairs, or dust. Kudos to whoever cleaned my room. I stayed in room 237. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I had no issues falling asleep. The location is perfect! It was closed to all the Asian restaurants, markets, cafes, and other restaurants that I frequent. So if you are looking for an economical place to stay that is centrally located, this is the place to stay. However, don't expect anything fancy. Also, there's no breakfast.
